USWell decorated home with plenty of room for at least four people with a living room cum kitchen, a bedroom with two comfortable beds and a clean bathroom with a shower, plenty of towels, hairdryer, liquid hand soap, shampoo etc. The kitchen was well equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, a gas cooking range, plenty of pots and pans, electric griddle, several hot plates, crockpots, plates, half plates, bowls, coffee mugs, glass wear, Tupper wear, big box of plastic utensils, all the essential kitchen tools/gadgets, single server Keurig coffee machine, dish soap, napkins, aluminum foil, saran wrap etc. The house had a wrap around porch. Two picnic tables with benches on the deck, a firepit with chairs to sit around. Loved the peaceful atmosphere, the mountain at the back, quails walking about and a few retired farm animals fenced in. There is a gas station less than a five minute drive from the property.
Maybe have some bodywash or soap available for a shower. You do have to drive over a very small stream with plenty of stones to get to the house. We had a small car, a KIA Forte and were able to drive thru' the stream.

The mattress is really old and is far from comfortable. I had better sleep on couch as long distance drive already ruined my back.

CNThe house is very cozy, and the owner also told the history of the house in the instruction booklet. The area around the house is quiet and the environment is very good. Very suitable for family vacation.
It was very hot on the day we checked in. The air conditioner in the room was a bit loud. I needed to wear earplugs at night.
