The price and the service

I did like the view as you could see the sea and beach front. The life guards were very fun and accommodating. made us play games like water polo and danced, had a great time in the pool

-hotel was not clean, had to ask for covers to be changed, and towels to be replaced. the floor was not swept. -staff member near the corner shop (bald man - owner of the shop) VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, changes prices and speaks in a rude way. -restaurant staff denied to give free water even though we was half board, asked me and my family to pay. we paid for 2 separate rooms and was expected to pay for water - had to go to reception to complain twice and then it was sorted. not nice to go through this hassle on holiday -all our taxi drivers told us heyla was NOT good hotel to stay at as the food is TERRIBLE. -taxi service offered by hotel is EXPENSIVE compared to getting your own taxi outside hotel. we got charged 180 dinars to get back to the airport when we were able to negotiate for a cheaper price with a local taxi driver 100 dinars!! so do not book with the hotel. -a tunisian local said the manager of the hotel has a lot of money but doesn’t invest into the hotel, this was proven by the quality of food provided in the buffet.

- Lake of reception staff, I waited almost 45mn to get my room key. - Room curtains do not hide daylight so the room is all bright at early morning. - I could not charge extras on room, immediate cash payment or card payment at reception.

no internet at all (not working ) - not working elevator, to me the hotel doesn't look like 4 star. Max 3
