inspite of spending 3100/- for a single night , received only 1 LTR free water. Nothing else.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was so neat and clean, everything in the room was spick and span. Loved the restaurant and breakfast spread provided. All the staff was helpful and polite. The bathroom was clean with new fixtures with running hot water at all times and AC of the room was in top condition. Stayed in the executive room and it was of a decent size. Everything was just perfect! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a hassle free stay in Asansol.

My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of travel. **Service:** The service at Payel Inn is second to none. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were attentive to every detail and always greeted me with a smile.
