The Sunshine House

The property was in good proximity to events that I attended. There were enough rooms and beds to accommodate me and my daughter, big screen tv in the living room and the master bedroom with a host of paid subscription tv. I like that there was no delay in accessing the property. Parking was a plus.

The house has a serious ant problem. The Shower faucets were loose and broken. One of the lazyboy chairs in the living rooms was broken and needed to be repaired. Pet smell. The house has a home pod that controls certain aspects I assume like lighting and Ac/heating. A voice had come from another room while I was alone and on the phone. I could not confirm whether I was hearing things or it was from a speaker in the other room. I’m only documenting this because there have been stories of Airbnbs with cameras and or surveillance systems in areas that should not be.

Close to our son’s house to see grandkids!! It’s a great space, we loved the back yard, the deck, big trees. Great inside spaces for the kids and dogs!

We think it was perfect.

Love the Sunshine Theme - it drew me in. Then having the coffee station and a place to sit on the back porch. It would be nice to stay here long term. It is a larger house - families could enjoy together. The A/c was very cool. The home is prepared for you pet dogs too. Lovely! It feels very homely. And it just feels like home.

Not to be picky, there really is not much we did not like. I guess the decor, is a bit unthemed. But the holiday decorations are great.

The host was very gracious and attentive.
