GBGreat location, lovely clean, modern townhouse with garage. Perfect layout for elderly visitors with ground floor bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable beds and stylish bedding. Nice to have outdoor space too.

The larger bedroom and the twin bedrooms are upstairs which is not air conditioned. It was quite warm. I requested a late checkout as it looked like no one was staying the day we left. I never heard back from the staff.
NZLocation was perfect. The house was nicely appointed, ideal for our stay with 3 adults plus 2 children.
Upstairs bedrooms were very warm at night.

NZNZFantastic location....CBD is an easy walk as is Pukekura Park. It did rain during our stay so the internal garaging was a bonus.
The property accommodated all of our needs for our small family.
