Clean and welcoming host

Internet wasn't working

The host was very courteous and professional, Very helpful and communication was very easy The house is well lit, very clean,accesible with an elevator,serene,nice breeze and air, nice view,It has all the needful facilities for a home. WIFI is reliable, a study desk,ceiling fans and AC, a Well equipped kitchen,drinking water,Netflix, etc

The location is a few metres from the main road. however, Considering the price,service offered, and the beautiful apartment,it was not a problem, and it's just a 15-minute walk to Nyali beach

I booked a house for 11–12 August and had been in communication with the host until the check-in time. Upon arrival, the host did not have the door code, and we were left waiting outside for almost an hour before she finally provided it. Shortly after we entered the property, the host called and asked us to leave, saying she would “have problems with the house owner in the morning.” She then directed us to another apartment in the same building. We agreed to move because it was already late at night and we urgently needed somewhere to sleep. When we arrived at the second apartment, we discovered that it had no electricity. I called the host to inform her, and she told us to return to the first apartment — the same one she had just told us we could not stay in. This was unacceptable. It appears the host may not have been the rightful owner or authorized to rent out the property at all. We were forced to find alternative accommodation in the middle of the night. Thankfully, our driver helped us locate another apartment.

I had a wonderful stay at Milan Homes Nyali. The environment is peaceful and secure, making it perfect for relaxation. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the beautiful view, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and its convenient location just a short distance from Nyali Beach. I highly recommend it for both short and long stays in Nyali.

The host was really kind and friendly and was answering her phone quickly. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped (fridge, blender, microwave, etc.). The maid cleaned everything properly and was available to support for everything.

Unfortunately, the house I was placed in wasn't the one in the pictures and the location wasn't the same. Since I chose the place according to the location, I was disappointed at first. There was no mosquito net.

Very hard even for taxi to find the place. Driver called woman owner for clarification, she hung up on him because she was at church and again hung up because she was in meeting. She was extremely rude bossy and annoyed. She asked me to cancel booking so she will not have to pay commission. When I asked why A/C wasn't working, she said because I didn't pay electricity tokens - which I have no idea what it is. In middle of night all electricity stopped. Again she told me no electricity until I pay electric tokens. She claimed booking price was not enough for electricity. When I got annoyed, she scolded me because "I don't respect women" stay away from this woman from hell owner like the plague
