Lebamboo On Protea

Review: The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The property is located in a quiet area, and everything is kept clean, with a beautiful pool that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast is also really nice and a highlight of the stay.

There are, however, a few areas that could be improved: - Towels: It would be helpful to either provide extra towels based on the number of nights booked or collect and replace them with clean ones. - Water: The cold water issue needs attention. - Storage: The room storage units don’t have handles, which makes them difficult to use—especially for ladies with nails. - Curtains: Larger curtains would add privacy, as the current ones make it uncomfortable knowing that people passing by can see inside. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great staff and atmosphere, and with a few adjustments, it could be even better.

I liked the friendly and some facilities

The WiFi was bad,checking in was not a nice experience I had to wait almost 30 minutes before they could find my booking,I booked for champagne and 30 minutes massage therapy upon arrival but I never received that instead the host claimed I booked for two nights only, so I felt cheated of my money

Love the peace and quietness the staff friedliness

The bed the springs was scratching us and there was not hot water to shower

The bedding was not clean, TV was not working, there was no wifi as stated. Going out and coming back was not pleasant as you were asked what time will you be back so that they can open and close the gate for you.
