Unfortunately, the experience was far from the "Luxury" standard advertised and was, in fact, the worst accommodation stay we have ever experienced. The issues were severe and fundamentally undermined our entire trip. The main problems we encountered were: Unfriendly and Unhelpful Staff: The camp staff were not welcoming or friendly. They provided no proper briefing upon our arrival about the camp's facilities, the schedule for meals, or what activities we could expect. This lack of communication left us feeling confused and unsupported throughout our stay. Complete Lack of Basic Amenities - No Water: This was the most critical failure. There was no running water available in the tents for the vast majority of the day. Water for showers was only available for very limited periods, specifically around 4 AM and at 7 AM there was no water. This is completely unacceptable and unhygienic, especially in a desert environment. Extremely Uncomfortable Sleeping Conditions: The tent had no fan or any form of cooling ventilation. Combined with the desert heat, it was unbearably stuffy and hot, making sleep nearly impossible. The lack of this basic comfort, coupled with the water issue, made the stay intolerable. A "luxury" camp should provide a comfortable and hospitable experience. The combination of unprofessional staff, the absence of a fundamental resource like water, and the unbearably hot sleeping conditions made our stay deeply disappointing and stressful.
