The location of the property was perfect, in the heart of Kos. Antonia was a great host, always available for questions and helpful. She let us early check-in which was very important for us.

The host was very helpful. The property is in top condition. The stay was fabulous. We are very happy with our choice to stay in the Top House. Highly recommend. We felt like we were at home. Thanks so much Antonia.

Spacious, two bathrooms and in a great location

The house has everything you need. Sheets, towels, the inside of the house is immaculate. The location is very close to the beaches, the center, tourist shops, restaurants, in short, everywhere. I think it is the best house in Kos for this quality and price. The owner is extremely caring, professional and helpful. I would also like to thank her for the support she gave us on the check-out. The gifts also made us very happy.

There is nothing we didn't like, it completely met our needs.

We stayed for 2 nights, and especially the host Antonia was incredibly hospitable. She made lovely gestures by giving us small gifts. The house is very clean and has air conditioning in every room. Its location is very central and close to everything. We had a wonderful holiday where we felt completely at home.

No blinds in bedroom. In summer you will have a short night.

The location was perfect for us. Quite, close to the center and beaches. The host was very helpful. They let us leave the luggage in the house before check-in and after check-out which made our stay very comfortable.

It was convenient to have 2 bathrooms, although they are old and need an upgrade. Sometimes, there was not a nice smell coming from the upper floor bathroom. The shower is small.
