Il fascino di un antico palazzo e la posizione

La camera è un po' datata ed il bagno è piccolo essendo la mia camera in un sottotetto essendo ultimo piano non ho idea di come sono le camere agli altri piani ma forse hanno un costo maggiore

La posizione super centrale, a pochissimi passi da Piazza Maggiore.

Struttura deludente con arredamento abbastanza vecchio e usurato, moquette anche sui muri (dettaglio da non sottovalutare soprattutto per noi asmatici), pulizia tralasciata (ho trovato un capello negli asciugamani e moltissimi capelli in terra (eravamo appena entrate quindi sicuramente non erano nostri), i bagni abbastanza usurati, con pomelli arrugginiti che non ti permettono di aprire l’acqua con facilità. Il parcheggio della struttura ha un costo di €20 a notte, al momento della prenotazione non viene specificato entro quando è possibile lasciare l’auto, e questo a noi è tornato un po’ male. Per quanto riguarda lo staff, tutti professionali fatta eccezione di una signora (sulla cinquantina credo) che si è permessa di giudicare la nostra permanenza nella città, a noi personalmente ha dato molto fastidio; chiedere è normale e da ospite fa molto piacere ricevere consigli sulla città e su ciò che si può visitare, oltrepassare sul lato personale non è concesso quando si è sul luogo di lavoro, parlo da persona che lavora nel mestiere. Mi dispiace tantissimo dover lasciare una recensione così negativa ma non è possibile fare altrimenti

Posizione ottima e buona colazione.

Camera fatiscente e antica. Puzzava di vecchio e di chiuso. Il pavimento scricchiolava sotto i piedi. Indecente rispetto alle foto.
