Great unit! Very modern and clean with elevator access. It was across the street from shopping and restaurants. The complex also had a market with fresh fruit and vegetables. I will definitely stay again next time I visit!

Kind owner/staff, had a teapot

Hair and dirt on floors. Table had grime and dirt. No pillowcases or flat sheet in the second bedroom (Just a fitted sheet and blanket). Whole apartment was sticky (floors, kitchen surfaces, teapot) like someone cooked tons of fried food there. Bad smells (like old fish or dirty cleaning water) on hallway. There were two soaking wet mats, one on the kitchen floor and one on the bathroom floor. We put them on the balcony.

All. Nice location. Near of airport, supermarket tottus.

Had 2 large smart TVs, good refrigerator and very hot water. Also the security of needing a card to enter building was nice.

Owner wasn't there when I arrived, even after plenty of notice. Did not answer my phone call when I arrived. Waited outside of the building for at least 10 minutes before someone came along and let me follow them in. Then I got to the apartment and not, but nobody was there so I waited there another 10 or 15 minutes. Owner's English is very bad and there were lots of miscommunications. Once the lady who works for him came up to let me in, I found out they only accept cash! That's right you cannot use a credit or debit card. So I had to give them almost all of my remaining Soles. Apartment is not clean, whoever said this in the reviews is lying. There are plenty of stains on the sofa and linens as well. There is no sheet between yourself and blankets. I actually bought some new sheets across the street from Tottus and left them there so they have some free sheets out of the deal. Every surface like the mirrors, glass, tabletops and appliances is streaked. If you can't even clean a mirror or glass without leaving streaks you definitely are not cleaning correctly. There is no AC or heater at the property. The owner tried to run me out early, telling me I needed to leave and hand over keys at 9:40 in the morning when check out was 10:00.
