Ich denke für Menschen die nicht gut Treppen steigen können, ist das Resort nicht der richtige Ort. Ansonsten alles tippitoppi

Location is a bit remote and disconnected, in the context that also food is not always on everyone’s taste. A bit expensive overall.

people working there are amazing, from reception to cook and maintenance team. All with big smiles on their faces, very polite and helpful. Food very aesthetically presented, tasty. Clean pool (cleaned daily). The vibe of this place - magic! What I noticed is that they really read people's comments here and try to improve

unfortunately construction on the other side of the river. During our stay from 8 am to 5 pm there were constant hammering. Sometimes quieter, sometimes louder. Our cottage, due to its lower location right next to the river, maintained privacy thanks to the surrounding greenery, but the noise was noticeable. I understand that it is not the hotel's fault, but we were a bit disappointed that no one informed us about it earlier. The hotel advertises itself as an oasis in the jungle and due to its location on the outskirts of Canggu it is a bit isolated from all the restaurants and shops. A scooter ride (can be rented on site) to the center of Canggu takes about 30 minutes and by car even about an hour (traffic jams). This is definitely a plus if you want to find yourself in such an oasis, but maybe not necessarily with hammering all day. I was going to take a one star off but the hotel staff behaved very professionally! I felt that they really wanted to make up for the inconvenience and understand this problem. I will definitely go back there - the construction seems to be in an advanced stage, so I think that the desired peace will return there soon.
