Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas une salle de bain par chambre mais sinon tout était parfait

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die „Küche“ hatte vieles zum Frühstück anzubieten , verschiedene Cornflakes, Milk, Juice, Wasser, Kaffee, Tee gratis..

Alles war gut…hatte nichts auszusetzen

沒有一切都爛到爆炸!!!

我們預定11/15~11/18，但住宿方於11/15[當天的凌晨]發訊息告知我們，因前房客退房後發現床墊有污漬，所以無法提供我們原房型入住，所以將我們的房間改為一間雙床房、一間雙人房，問題是這家的其他房型小到像監獄，到底是去旅行度假還是去活受罪?重點是我當天就要入住了，他們死拖活拖 拖到凌晨才發訊息通知?這根本強迫我們接受，再來就是這段期間卡到釜山煙火節，一來住宿很貴二來住宿也所剩不多，剩的也都偏爛或是貴到爆，而且當下住宿方有如果我們無法接受他們提供的方案，只能等隔天通知booking協助我們找到其他住宿，結果呢!!隔天一早沒人處理這件事情，我們想說到釜山當地再去看一下現場狀況再看使否要調整，結果就當我們中午已經在ktr上了才收到訊息說我們訂房[被取消]，這一切真的是有夠荒謬有夠離譜，這間住宿就是爛到爆炸、處理問題能力也有夠差勁，打死不推看到這篇還想入住的真的是好自為之 保重!!!!!

This is my 2nd time at Stay Gaon because I wrote in my 1st review that I would come back if ever I visited Busan again. Why? Because this place has made me feel so comfortable, relaxed, and at home. So everything was exactly as expected. The host was considerate and their response to chat messages was also very quick and efficient. I like that there is a lounge where we could just relax and enjoy the view. There are many restaurants and sights around this area and transportation is so convenient. So if I come to Busan for a 3rd time, I'll be back at Stay Gaon for sure!
