Everything was excellent about our stay here including the location within minutes of the town square.

It would be nice if a railing was installed on the last steps up to the rooftop pool for the safety of the elderly needing some assistance on stairs after the elevator stops.

The condo was very spacious and nicely decorated. The couch was extremely comfortable and a nice place to wind down and watch a movie with the kids. The king bed was comfortable. The large double room has 2 queen beds which are a little on the hard side and the linens not quite as nice. The room is beautiful though and lots of space. The roof top pool was nice for the kids. Not big or deep but they enjoyed playing and swimming and we enjoyed the lounge chairs and the view. I would absolutely return here.

Everything was as described. The apartment was perfect for our needs - spacious, well equipped. We loved the balcony out the front and being able to sit and watch the world go by, the weather, and the ocean. The location is perfect if you want a quieter spot, but only a short walk to the supermarket, restaurants, shops, the square and the beach (note that you have to access the beach from the square). Maryel was very responsive to all our requests/needs and the staff on sight were friendly and helpful. Maryel also arranged transport for us to and from Cancun airport, which was one less thing we had to worry about, and she also arranged drinking water jugs for us (minimal cost). We were also able to rent beach chairs (5USD/week), which we liked. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing really to dislike - a couple of minor comments: A screen door on the front patio doors would have been nice to allow us to have the door open at times. The code to get in expired on a Sunday morning (which admittedly I had not paid attention to) and there was a bit of a delay getting it reactivated because it was a Sunday. It would have made more sense for it to expire on the Monday (a week after our arrival). And, we did have a lot of noise one evening after 10pm above us. But, overall these were very minor things.

Its the most luxury apartament we've ever visit. Close to dwa and Chedraui market. Very good equiped, very clean. Owner is very nice. You have there everything you need to live like full equiped kitchen with ocen, microwaves. Laudry room. Everything Perfect. Great infinity swimming pool.

Everything fantastic

El alojamiento es maravilloso, no podría decir nada malo de él, tiene detalles espectaculares tanto en la decoración como en los servicios que prestan. Eso si este el que estuvimos que es el 107, nos han cambiado de apartamento y aunque es el mismo edificio este segundo muy mal.

Great communication throughout: beautiful and comfy apartment - much bigger than expected and really well located for exploring. Free and safe parking. Swimming pool on roof has a great view, as do (HUGE) main bedroom and lounge.

There's quite a bit of construction work going on in the area area, but didn't disturb us.
