Apartment Nitra-city centre

The apartment is great. The layout was just what I needed to visit family and work remotely with desk and very comfortable office chair.. It was very clean with neutral decor. It has all the appliances for cooking and laundry. Bed linens were fresh. This location is very quiet and peaceful.

When we arrived the little details that usually make me feel welcomed we're missing like toiletries, complete towel sets, some kitchen basics and snacks. Once I mentioned it to the owner, she honored my requests and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable, especially since our stay was almost 2 weeks.

Lovely apartment. We were contacted by the host well in advance with directions. Everything we needed was there. We only stayed for a night but loved the place.

Only getting the parking place in the common area was tricky. Also the city tax of €2pp/night l wasn't aware of, but maybe that's a miss from my side while checking the details.

I love the smooth communication with the staff facilitated with Booking.com, the staff are very easy going, helpful, and informative. The check-in process was easy thanks to the guidance provided by the staff to us on the day of arrival. The unit itself was comfortable (with the completeness of amenities provided in the unit) and convenient (close to the city centre, groceries, and our trip destination).

Well, there was almost nothing we dont like about this unit. However, if there should be a room for improvement, it should be about the shower head in the bath tub. It will be easier for us to have a nice shower if the shower head was attached to the wall in a steady position. And it will be more helpful if there was sort of information packages provided in the unit - (explaining about how to turn on the wifi, how to turn on/off the heater, how to set up the TV, etc.). But basically, I'm satisfied with the apartment.
