Place clean & good location

There is no washing machine & iron Which very important when you travel with big family

Modern, good location, clean, comfortable - good facilities

No spare towels or ability to wash them. No way of locking the door from the inside with it being a keycode entry ( ground floor even more security needed) Useful if website told you to bring things like soap, sun lounger towels and toilet rolls etc - booking.com need to make it clear that it is not a serviced apartment. We were asked to help with recycling but the bins in the garage were overflowing most of the time. A couple of minor points including wrong keycode given (if we were a late arrival we may not have got Davide to give us the correct keycode) - although Davide was available and helpful whenever we needed him.

Daniele was reachable at everytime. His engagement was fantastic. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and nice.

i love this one code for all doors system, i experience it for the first time and it is very convinient! i love the spacious apt with the balcony and the accommodaiton has a pool (unfortunately we did not use it because of rainy weather)
