The location is very nice, few minutes walk distance to Sassi. Apartment is very modern and clean. Massimiliano is super friendly and helpful! Recommended us the restaurant which is amazing and even gave us gifts the day we left. Super recommend!

The appartment was very clean and location was central, just a few minutes from the old town. Bathroom was pretty new and comfortable. There's free parking just in front, but it's not so easy to find a spot.

What they call breakfast for me was just a snack. There's a coffee machine and a few treats in the room (nothing served on the day) and they tell you this is the breakfast. This was the main disappointment. Room is a bit small and the air conditioning is in the corridor, not in the room itself.

Beds were comfortable. Very close to old town and fresh food mkt. 12 min walk up hill from rail station. We need to take a bus to Salerno hence needed a taxi and owner kindly arranged for us. Owner brought us chocolate croissants every morning. Plentiful cookies, tea , coffee and juices. Only kettle available .

The apartments are nice, clean, great location, the host is helpful.

Privacy isn't quite ideal.

wifi was excellent and our hosts were wonderful, easy to communicate and helped us with places to go and set up a tour for us.

cozy apartment in the city center just 600 m away from the James Bond film scene in Piazza Vittorio Veneto. I liked the balcony for smokers a lot. The Wifi was excellent and I could even connect to prime video. The apartment is very modern and offers 2 beedrooms for adults and a smaller one for kids. The host was very nice.

Great location. Near the Matera Centrale railway station and the historic central area. The host was very friendly and helpful.
