The property owner called in midnight and asked me that they cannot give room to me as they have given it to someone else . They didn’t even arrange anything else to me bit they tried to exploit me by giving some auto guys mobile no and tried to take rooms from him

# Easy to find the location (there was no board to recognize the building) # The room was clean as requested # The bedrooms are big enough # Air conditioning is good # Water is available all the time (the hot water geyser/boiler did not work as expected) # Walkable distance to the basilica

# The property is under construction # Being a service apartment - there was no crockery (as simple as spoons and plates) # Power issues - When the mains power was lost in the morning at 6:00 am, the generator was not switched on for more than an hour # I was asked to pay an advance to ensure booking confirmation (This is not mentioned on booking.com) # Breakfast (though complimentary) was served in takeaway packs - Wondering how they expect guests to consume breakfast # No complimentary water (I have no issues purchasing, but an executive suite should at least serve complimentary water bottles)

Very good hotel,with good maintenance. Customer support is also Very good. Just 50 meters to church.
