Good home cooked food, great amenities like music system in each room and bathroom. Views are gorgeous.

Too many restrictions, some private property not to be used. Kitchen is out of bounds, what if you need something at odd hours? If there's kitchen, it should be accessible with pre defined etiquettes. Got questioned about stains on white towel they provided which led to caretaker telling me this is a homestay and not a lodge. This did not go well with me, I have travelled across world and stayed in homestays. White towel WILL get dirty and no matter if you what type of accomodation you need to wash it. They need to learn basics of hospitality.

Fantastic location with views of the Nilgiris and few villages below. Away from the town hustle and bustle.

Language is a huge barrier as the cook / caretaker couldn’t understand us nor communicate back well.
