A Casinha

This is a charming, well-equipped property nestled in a beautiful little town. The small property had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed in the living room was also very comfortable and perfect for our fourteen-year-old. A small but spotless modern bathroom with a bath and powerful shower. An excellent washing machine for beach gear at the end of the day. The property is in excellent condition, with wooden flooring throughout. Although we ate out most of the time, the kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook. And while there is no dedicated outside space such as a patio or garden, it is so close to the riverfront and boat, which takes you to the beach, that the world is your oyster. We had a car with us but rarely used it. With plenty of restaurants and cafes close by, we were spoilt for choice when it came to eating out. The property is on a quiet street, and nights were wonderfully quiet. And the aircon unit in the living room was perfect for bringing the temperature down at the end of the day. The host was extremely welcoming and messaged us during our stay to ask if we needed more towels. It was a great trip, and we look forward to returning.
