Boa Island Retreat

It was like home from home. Could have stayed longer

It was really well kitted out. Had everything to prep dinner, breakfast & lunch. Also had everything for a young child ie chair, bed etc. The place was also decorated for Christmas which made it extra special.

Our second time staying here and I didn’t think it could get better than the first time, but it has. Could not fault one thing in the place. Spotlessly clean, has everything you could think of, hot tub was immaculate and the hosts very kindly left us a welcome package with snacks and Prosecco which was very much appreciated. We were also told not to rush for check out the next morning which was very much appreciated with a baby! Will continue to recommend this place to people as it is probably the best place out of many that we have stayed. Thank you!

Spotlessly clean, everything provided that we could possibly need. My kids had the best time and cannot wait to go back. So peaceful it was perfect.

The perfect location for relaxing hot tub was a bonus

Property looked exactly like the pictures provided. Hosts had thought of everything to make your stay comfortable - towels, tea, coffee, laundry & cleaning supplies, tea towels & a FULLY equip kitchen. Perfect as a base to explore the area or to totally switch off.

The beautiful countryside location. Very comfortable. The hot tub. The coffee machine. Kids love the play area. Lovely welcome pack. The House Martins nest.

Liked everything. It is fairly well equipped but a few little extras would make a really special maybe some pasta bowls, serving dishes and storage boxes for food, biscuits etc.

We had the best two nights, everything was thought of. Hot tub was an added bonus and we were very grateful for the welcome pack that was left for us. Will definitely be back
