Coppice Farm House

The property had the ‘wow’ factor. It was tastefully decorated and homely. It had an amazing view from the kitchen. It was nice to be given a pint of milk and pack of white chocolate chip cookies. Finding the generously sized white robes in the front bedroom which housed the bath was a nice surprise, giving it a romantic feel. It was a short drive to the town centre. There was a 3 hour disc zone parking area near the convention centre which was great. Harrogate was lovely and I would recommend a visit.

The place appeared to be immaculately clean but there was a small amount of dust on the front bedroom headboard and tray. Whilst good to not have unpleasant aromas, scented reed diffusers can cause irritation for some people, especially dogs. Perhaps these could be used prior to guests arriving. It was disappointing that the rear bedroom faced a wall and did not have venetian blinds in addition to the curtains like the front bedroom had because they let in too much daylight. It would be preferable to have them in the kitchen for privacy on the window that looks into the courtyard properties too instead of the roller blind. I don’t like uncovered bathroom windows, even if frosted. There was nowhere to put towels in the en suite. The front bedroom mattress and pillows were very comfortable but one of the rear bedroom mattresses dipped in the centre. It was good to be left a fan in each room but having a flat sheet in addition to the duvet would be good for when the temperature makes it too hot to use the duvet but you still want to be covered. It would have been nice having a dressing table in the front bedroom like the rear bedroom has.

Well presented, spacious accommodation with parking space off road. Nice location with local shops, cafes within a few minutes walk and a short walk into the town centre. Access info provided in good time.

Only minor comment would be that the bed settee in the lounge was not particularly comfortable for sitting. Not a problem with condition of it. This didn't impact negatively on our visit.

L'appartement est décoré avec goût, excellentes prestations, tout à été pensé pour que rien ne manque. Grand confort, calme. Bonne situation pour explorer le Yorshire et les "Dales".

Great roomy flat with all modern conveniences. I wish we had been able to stay longer. Quick walk to Sainsburys and not far to downtown

Location good. Shops nearby & a short walk to centre of Harrogate. Good to have a parking spot. Apartment is lovely & really nicely decorated.

Amazing house, easy check in, 15 min walk to town, easy street parking if you have more than one car.

The decor was lovely and it was very comfortable. It was great to have tea, coffee, milk, shower gel etc as we were only staying a few nights and we’re coming from abroad.

Good location. Clean and well equipped. Good parking. Easy walk into centre of Harrogate.

Bit unusual for Harrogate but we were there during a heatwave so flat got very hot and uncomfortable. A couple of fans would be a good idea. Also, blinds at bathroom windows would help keep it cool in warmer weather. And hooks on bedroom/bathroom doors would be useful.
