Beautifully presented, very clean. Fully equipped everything you could need and more.

Little bit out of the way and the road outside was busy. Some noise on the Saturday morning with renovation work being carried out in the downstairs apartment.

Really clean and well presented. Good location for walking to the shops and Valley Gardens and the Theatre. The Christmas Tree in the lounge was a really lovely touch. Lots of kitchen gadgets and crockery and lovely touch of milk and mince pies waiting for us in the kitchen.

The inside doors blew open if there was a breeze or another door was opened. Wishing to adhere to the obvious shoes to be taken off inside the front door rule, there was limited room by front door to leave them.

"Brilliant, well presented property that was easily big enough for a family"

Having stayed in a number of places in Harrogate this one stands out and will be staying again. Location is good, near to town centre, 10 minute walk and lots of ships within 2 minute walk. Main bedroom was huge with large en-suite. It was the little things that made the difference, quality bedding, towels, toiletries, and a good well stocked kitchen. What clinched it was that the second bedroom can be either a double or two singles. Must recommend the local butchers just round the corner for best pies and scotch eggs!

"If I go to Harrogate again would definitely stay there again"

Fab location for the conference block and into town. The weather was totally against us!! but the property was clean warm and inviting
