"Very pleasant"

Location is very handy for the Metro and the Hauz Khas area. Super friendly staff and really good food in the restaurant. Room was bigger and cleaner than I expected - so very good value for money. Will definitely stay again

Nothing really - already suggested a small thing on the Hotel's Comment Card, so no need to repeat here

"Rude and disrespectful staff"

Room was clean and comfortable. Dinner was good. My requested taxi arrived on time.

The hotel is aging badly since our last visit and could do with some renovations. Especially the bathroom . Breakfast options for vegetarians were extremely limited. We did not appreciate the rude attitude of some front desk male staff. They should learn some basic communication skills. The guest should not be allowed to leave on a sour note . I doubt we'll return.

"Dissappointed"

The room was not clean, especially the sofa covers. The bath tub had hair in it. The room was not vacuumed and the sheets didn't look clean perfectly clean. It is important to mention that a stench filled the room after we turned on the AC which made the environment suffocating.
