Beautiful house with electrixity problems

No electricity the whole of our stay😪😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 all neighbors had electricity except our house. Imagine staying in a dark double story house, couldnt cook, cold water bath, garage doors not working.... We had a weekend in hell. Delon kept promising to send the electrician from Friday night until we left. Looks like this is a long standing issue and its known by the caretaker or the house owner/host allocated by booking.com
