O espaço era bom para três pessoas e para a finalidade que queríamos

Os utensílios e equipamentos de cozinha estavam super sujos e encontramos cabelos de outras pessoas em sofás, tapetes e casa de banho, e não fomos informados que tínhamos de andar de escadas até ao quinto andar. E ainda tivemos uma situação com a caldeira, que demora quase um dia a encher ou então não está a trabalhar muito bem

The property is located in an attic-type area (5 flights of stairs). There was no warm water when we arrived. We contacted the provided number, but the host directed us to the agency that manage the property. The agency told us that 'the previous guests used up all the hot water and we would have to wait until the night time or following morning' - not very convenient when you weren't informed prior/had a 6hrs journey/paid a lot of money to stay there. Although there is an AC to heat the flat, it was not enough when there is -3 degree weather outside (it can only heat the main room not the corridor or bathroom). The second heater in the main room is a gas convector that is very complicated to turn on. We asked the agency for help - they kept sending us youtube tutorials and it took 5 hours for someone to come and fix the heating. Even then, we were told to not turn it any higher than 3 (highest setting was 7) because it would turn off. Also, we found a sunflower seed under one of the pillows and there was a huge cobweb in the ceiling.

The location was great for us as it was close to public trabsport and a few supermarkets The apartment is quiet, warm and has all the necessary things. The communication with the host was proactive and smooth. And when we experienced some issues with the toilet and shower, the host promptly fixed them.

The price was good, the apartment looks nice, and the fridge is really cold.

It's too hot there, the apartment is on the last floor (4th~5th) and there's not an elevator. Also, it is not the best district there, looks a bit dangerous.
