"A snug bolt hole in a lovely location."

A really nice and interesting location. Quaint styling inside. Facilities were good. Nice space once in.

Bit hard to find, access is not easy / fiddly and may be prohibitive / unsafe to access for older/infirm visitors. Not in the best overall condition / finish inside - bit tired and needs a few finishing touches.

"Cottage style apartment with some flaws"

1 Great location. 15 to 20 min to most Shakespeare attractions except Anne Hathaway's Cottage. Access to lots of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets (Tesco Express and Sainsbury Local). 2 A dedicated parking space at the back of the property 3 Spacious. Living room, kitchen (washing machine), and bedroom spaces. 4 Lots of windows to cool off the apartment 5 Whilst you don't actually meet any staff. They are very responsive via messenging via Booking.com. The check-in instructions are very clear and concise, as are the directions to car park and property. 6 A very quaint cottage-like property that transports you back to Shakespeare's age

1 The bathroom is the property's weakest link, unfortunately. It is quite small. The water splashes from the shower (no doors) had damaged the floorboard. 2 As the property is on the main street, it can get quite noisy on a Saturday night with live music across the street. The windows could only block out some of the noise. 3 No air conditioning and no electric fan 4 Whilst most of the property is very clean, you will find some areas are not very clean. 5 Property had made it clear they will only clean once every 7 days of your stay, so be warned
