La casa è ben arredata, comoda, pulita con giardino e parcheggio. Il proprietario è telefonicamente sollecito per risolvere eventuali problemi

Forse per la mia età preferisco un beb tradizionale in cui si viene accolti dal padrone di casa qui, nonostante il proprietario sia molto disponibile al talefono, tutto si svolge da remoto con dei codici d'accesso. Per la colazione, stesso discorso, ci siamo fatti un caffè perchè le merndine confezionate non le mangiamo.

You rent a room in a house. Everybody shares the beautiful kitchen with everything one could need. Beautifully maintained. Excellent facilities. Safe and secure. Loved it.

Right next to a very busy road (loud) ... And a little out of the way.

Se proprio dovessi trovare un piccolo assist di miglioramento è sulla colazione, magari far trovare qualche pasticcino locale, che sono buonissimi.

sehr freundlicher Kontakt per WhatsApp. Es gibt keine Rezeption vor Ort. Informationen und Erläuterungen wurden umfassend gegeben, zum Beispiel wie man ins Gebäude kommt. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche, die mit Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet ist. WLAN funktioniert bestens. Parkplatz innerhalb des eingezäunten Grundstücks.

zu Fuss sind Restaurants oder Märkte nicht einfach erreichbar. Frühstück mit abgepackten Lebensmitteln kann in der Küche eingenommen werden.

Non abbiamo avuto modo di incontrare i gestori sebbene sin da subito si siano resi disponibili ad eventuali esigenze o richieste. Sia il check in che il check out si fanno in autonomia. Posizione silenziosa seppur vicino alla strada principale.

Giardino esterno poco curato, (il prato che si vede in foto non c'è). La colazione non è servita ma c'è una cucina ad uso comune con cibo e bevande a disposizione degli ospiti. Purtroppo c'è un solo tavolo pertanto, se già occupato da altre persone, bisogna attendere che finiscano di mangiare,sistemino e lavino le stoviglie....dunque non è proprio il massimo!
