Spacious flat, beds comfy, wifi throughout flat, AC in all rooms, chairs in the lounge comfortable but not the sofa. Chairs on the terrace are comfortable.

The property is not beachfront or close to the beach, there are 4 roads between the building and the beach. The view from the terrace is of a slightly rundown street and a rusty iron mast about 150 feet high. The terrace is spacious but not private. Parking is on a piece of waste ground opposite the building in front of the mast where fly-tipping has clearly happened. The bathroom is in need of renovation and opens out into kitchen. The shower door was covered with limescale. To be fair, the cleaners tried to remedy this problem and did get the shower door cleaner. The silicon seal is brown. The toilet seat is very loose. The taps are starting to rust. Toilet and washing machine leaked. No plugs in the sinks. Bedrooms small with only one bedside cabinet in each room. Extraction hood over the greasy hob was also greasy and had no filter. No sealant between kitchen worktops and splashbacks. No toaster. There were marks on the walls and the painting was patchy. We got home one evening to find two cigarette butts in the ashtray on our terrace table (we don't smoke) and the curtains to the sliding door entrance to the flat that had been closed, open. When I raised this with the landlord he denied that anyone would have been in the flat and eventually cut off the conversation after telling me that I didn't have to stay. Luckily we had locked the bedroom doors and taken the keys with us. We actually cut our stay short and moved to Sands resort where the facilities are excellent. If you are looking for a fairly cheap stay in Flic en Flac and don't mind your flat being a little rundown with no views or pool (Booking.com said there were 2 pools but the only, very small, pool was out of action when we got there) then this is the place for you.

When booking checked for availablity before confirming and payment went through. Was on our way when receiving a message stating they are cancelling due to no availability. Still have not received my refund. When phoning the guy was so rude. Will never recommend them.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Blue Pebbles Villa during our holiday in Mauritius, and overall, our experience was nothing short of wonderful. The location of the accommodation was undoubtedly one of its strongest attributes. Nestled conveniently within a short walk from the beach and the bustling main road, we found ourselves in the heart of the action. The proximity to various restaurants, bars, tour operators, and mini supermarkets made our stay incredibly convenient. Whether we were in the mood for a beach day, exploring local cuisine, or picking up essentials, everything was just a stone's throw away. The accessibility to the beach was particularly enjoyable, allowing us to indulge in the sun, sea, and sand with great ease. The vibrant atmosphere of the main road added an extra layer of excitement to our evenings, providing a plethora of dining options, entertainment, and the opportunity to explore local culture.

While our overall experience was fantastic, we did find a minor area for improvement – the pillows. A little more plushness in the pillows would have added an extra touch of comfort to our nights. However, it's important to note that this was a minor detail and did not significantly impact our stay. It's more of a suggestion for potential enhancement rather than a mandatory requirement.
