朝食が美味しかった。

夕食時混雑するので、張り紙をし、例えば右回りに並んで下さい。ある場所については、こちらから矢印の紙など貼ったら良いかと思います。

　部屋に椅子がない。年配の者にとっては、床の座布団から立ちあがるのは苦役に近い(中年位までのスタッフの皆さんには実感がないでしよう。歳を重ねて漸くわかるものですが)。少なくとも、椅子の貸出があればと思います。食事会場では高齢者のため、声を掛けて下さり、また、手押し車の配膳車(？)を勧めて下さり、家族みな感謝したところです。できれば、部屋の中でも同じ心遣いを頂ければ、もう言うことありません。

・内風呂付であったので、ゆっくり温泉を堪能出来ました。（ちょっと湯温度が高かったのですが、即フロントが対応し　　てくれました） ・特に牛の肉料理が美味しかった。（硬い鶏肉には閉口） ・アルコールも自由に飲むことが出来、呑み助の自分には好都合でした。 ・外国人スタッフの対応もしっかりしていて違和感無し。

・人気な宿泊地だは理解できますが、客数がかなり多く、ごった返した感じがちょっと？（もっと落ち着いた鄙びた旅館を想像していました） ・子供のためのアメニティー施設が表に出過ぎた感じ。（老夫婦にとっては？）

風呂付きの部屋ですごく快適でした！ 夜食と朝食もスゴく良かったです！

部屋に置いてある電気ケトルに水が入ったままだったので、片付け忘れなのか用意してあったのか分からなかったので使うのを避けました。

Not much, that’s why we moved elsewhere

The photos on booking.com are not reflecting at all the room, which was also confirmed by the staff. The onsen on the balcony is quite big but very oldish . There is no shower or bath inside, only an old shower on the balcony (very inconvenient when it’s cold in the morning), and the view from the balcony is obstructed by chicken wire to keep birds out, this does not look like on the photos. The hotel needs major refreshment and we therefore did not stay here. We managed to get 50% refunded after a long discussion but were disappointed that the management did not find a better solution(e.g. another room with a shower) and we had to find a place elsewhere in town. The hotel was fully booked on this date, so a bit more compassion would have been nice and would have avoided a negative review. We ended up going to a hotel next to the railway station which was so much better and for 60% of the price.
