FabHotel Shree Ram Aadhar 900 Mtr from Ram mandir

When I arrived at the property, I found the location to be significantly farther than what was mentioned on Booking.com. Additionally, the area was extremely shady and not as described. It was not even a proper village but worse, surrounded by a residential area with many demolished buildings nearby. This was highly disappointing and not what I expected from a Fab property. Due to the poor location and conditions, I chose not to stay at the property as the safety was the concern. This experience was deeply unsatisfactory

Ram Mandir is lovely but wait till Ayodhya is more developed or there are better hotels then visit the mandir.

The owner had my confirmation and pin for this booking since I paid a deposit and we were discussing the payment outstanding where he saw my booking information, he managed to use that and create a fake review so beware of that. I've deleted it and wrote my own honest review. This place is inhospitable, no ventilation, there is no shower as mentioned, just a tap and a filthy toilet. I have nothing good to say, I wouldn't stay here again even if someone paid us to. The mosquitoes, monkey's and filth right at the entrance of this location is disgusting, men were urinating at the entrance, the owners and employees use the rooms and taps in front of the room to clean themselves, it's unhygienic. Staying in Faizabad or somewhere with better accommodation would have probably been the best option, don't waste your money here.

We didn't stay in the hotel because we were forced to abandon the idea due to the horrible condition of the toilet and general condition of the room and the premises. To top it all, the behaviour of the owner was very rude and abusive. He has been reported against with the local police for his intimidating actions.

Practically unreachable location and located on the extreme outskirts of city.

All services all very much Poor and bad.

Staff members and Manager are well mannered. They attended the minor problems immediately. Property is within 2 kms. of Shri Ram Janm Bhoomi Teerth Temple.

1. There is a problem in locating the property. As its address didn't mention House No./Street No. or Land Mark near it. The mention of Land Mark (Ram Netralaya - an eye hospital, as I observed) would be a great help for future customers.
