Kim House Apartment Da Nang

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité, la gentillesse et l'amabilité de Tân, le propriétaire de Kim House. Excellente communication, appartement très bien agencé avec une grande attention aux détails. Le quartier a taille humaine et calme est un vrai oasis de tranquillité, ce qui est très rare au Vietnam.

We liked the flat, it has everything you need, washing machine on the roof we could use, kitchen fully equipped, nice sofa, smart TV, comfortable bed, very spacious, lots of light. 9 min walk to the beach. We felt like home. Thank you

Было все замечательно : месторасположение , комфорта , тишина . Хозяин помогал во всем , был всегда на связи.

Quiet,clean,spacious and Tân was more than willing to help ALWAYS, stored my lugggage for free, offered a place for me to rest at the new apartment while waiting for my flight, answered every question I had, he's the man 👍🏻, kind, approachable, he was very considerate of my cat too! I truly appreciate his assistance. At the new apartment, there's a dog called Neon, a playful and handsome golden retriever pup which was an added bonus to my stay! Can't wait to go back!

Amenities provided in the appartment were good including the kitchen.

The location of the apartment was different from what we booked online. New location was not shared with us. This new location was isolated from the crowded busy area, not for what we paid. Thanks to the helpful cab driver who inspite of getting frustrated , had a conversation with the owner of the apartment and brought us to the new location. Overall, zero professionalism from the host side

Very large apartment with two bedrooms and only five apartments in the building. Excellent location near the tourist area but in among the locals, which I preferred. Two big showers and just a short walk to many local eateries and coffee shops. I would certainly stay here again.

The only criticism is the beds are hard, but that's a personal preference and some may prefer a harder bed. I still slept well though.
