THE SEASHORE HOTEL

The only things that we liked about the hotel are the location and the stunning view from our room . Solomon,the dining hall in charge was really warm and helpful.

The hotel is shabby, and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, to say the least. We were constantly receiving strange messages and links asking us to make payments though booking.com had said that no pre payment was required, the msgs even said that our booking was going to be cancelled. Needless to say, we were very concerned and, after much effort, finally managed to speak to a manager who was very helpful and told us that those msgs were fake/scam. We were told that the same thing is happening to many other guests.I do feel that the hotel needs to check and control this through the Cyber security authorities.

They did not honour the booking

Reception staff was very welcoming, especially , a person Steffan helped alot at overall level, very welcoming staff.

Facilities were not that great in the hotel room.
