They received us with love, and were very helpful in most things.

As much as they were very nice, I didn't like that we had to ask for almost everything, opening the gate, and the biggest issue, the water was cold for almost 3 hours even in the morning we bathed with lukewarm water. There were no towels and the hosts somehow thought we stole them, he came running while we were leaving asking about towels that we never found. He did apologize and said we should've told him, why isn't that even something like a towel has to be asked for? I was so tired of going out in the rain and asking about things, that are listed as one of the things to attract customers, that's why we decided not to say anything about towels. For future or other customers, they really need to have everything ready in the room. Wifi details, towels, and hot water.

Nothing

Infested with cockroaches. Fridge also had cockroaches and ants in. Microwave was dripping brown fluid. Live wires sticking out from extension cord. Rude owner. The son Sam however was friendly and respectful and understanding of the fact that I checked out after only staying one night. I originally booked for three nights but I couldn’t live in these conditions. Swimming pool area looks like a scrap yard and the room was nothing like advertised. Owner said I must contact booking.com for refund but to date after numerous requests I have not heard anything back.

Atleast all needed were available except warm water
