Location, the onsite heated pool, areas were clean and always tended to

Garden furniture needs replacing, and tidying. Vacuum cleaner would have been handy and a yard brush

"Good place and comfortable"

Regarding the property and location, everything was fine. It’s a comfortable and quiet place at night. However, before I arrived, I received a message informing me that I needed to pay a damage deposit of 100 USD through a Booking.com link. I read the information and it clearly stated that the deposit should be paid to Booking.com, not directly to the property. Despite that, Mr. Manuel insisted that I pay him directly via PayPal or another method. I went ahead and made the deposit. My checkout was on December 21, and I am still waiting for the deposit to be returned. Additionally, the property charged 20 USD for an access card to the condo, and this amount is not refunded. Overall, the stay itself was good, but I did not like this part of the process

"Comfortable and easy on our pockets kind of property"

The size and location hence it was closer to many useful amenities for the family as well as fun activities. The customer service was excellent hence they will take care of your needs regardless of the time of the day. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an economical option and great location in the area.

Lovely property in a great location to explore Florida . Nice and clean with well equipped kitchen. Lovely pool on site

Would have appreciated details on how to work the appliances for visitors outside of USA and not familiar with door lock system/ Dishwasher etc
