A slightly funny smell emanating from the bedroom; perhaps this could be as a result of lack of fresh air into the room. However I believe allowing fresh air into the bedroom for a while after cleaning should totally eradicate this funny smell

Whole place was freezing cold, colder than outside, when we arrived. The blow heaters in the kitchenette and shower room offer warmth but they’re on a timer so it’s impossible to heat up if out for the day. The doors aren’t sealed and so the gaps let in cold. The bed was uncomfortable and needs a new mattress. The duvet was very light which is unsuitable for the current weather conditions. My family had to provide hot water bottles to help. The washing up liquid dispenser in the kitchenette is not fit for purpose.
