Large, generally quiet. Food was good.

some country wide maintenance issues/neglect, did not know there was a "common area" in the reso, it appeared to be private. Had to amend stay due to mandatory evacuation for a Super Typhoon, owner refused to refund the days I could not stay. That alone is why it is unlikely to return.

The staff were excellent, no question. The swimming pool appeared to have been well-maintained and clean. Beds were great. The property boasts great fauna around the pool and offers a great inland resort destination, with a few exceptions and some room for improvement. Although the Management was commendable for their efforts to reopen the resort and keep electricity running, including AC, immediately after the storm, they seemed un-hospitable. The first night was particularly stressful, made us choose another room with numerous beds which we didnt need. Management demanded 2000 pesos, which wasn't clearly laid out, but in the end, they didn't ask for it anymore. Breakfast food wasn't appetizing, but for that time, it was acceptable. The dining area was dark, with flies buzzing and landing on the table, making eating an unpleasant experience. I wasn't sure if there was a business centre; however, the villa's common area was very quiet during my work hours (11PM to 6:30 AM), which was excellent for a working environment. The wifi was speed/latency were great too.

The rooms were clean and spacious

The chickens crowed and dogs barked all night. Ref in room did not work. Bathroom had many cockroaches. Check in took forever.
