The hospitality were very good Also the room was pretty good and spacious and clean They also had a good varieties of menu for breakfast that changes daily The location is fine, if u were to go by walk like 15-20 mins from Haram, the hotel has also bus shuttle service to Haram.

the view and the distance to Al Haram was good for reasonable fit person.

The hotel management is so stingy, in my opinion. The hospitality is poor, and the drinking water most commonly available in Makkah is a problem to get in the hotel. They offer just 2 pieces of 25CL water for two adults for a full day. Water that can easily get free on every street in Makkah is a scarce commodity in this hotel. They don't clean the toilet they only change the beddings and that is all you are meant to clean your toilet yourself. Then the overrated breakfast with a price tag of SR45 per adult is another shambles no variety you are meant to repeat the same meal every day. I don't know what the management was thinking. The hotel owners dont realise they have golds in their hands with the location of that hotel but it lacks Good customer relations and marketing strategy to attract more customers just like their neighborhood hotel Selat Albait.
