It was clean

Extremely disappointed. The hotel charged us an early check-in fee equal to nearly half the cost of our four-night stay for just four hours before the standard check-in time. We were traveling with a child and had requested accommodation in advance after booking, but no consideration was given. Also, the iron provided was of very poor quality and burned our clothes. I would strongly advise guests not to use the hotel’s iron. Overall, poor customer service and disappointing experience.
