Pulizia, self check in e reperibilità del gestore. Per qualsiasi cosa si è reso disponibile a dare info o chiarire quelle già date. In casa c era tutto il necessario (stoviglie, pentole, campioni di shampo/doccia, lavatrice funzionante). Carino il terrazzino. Posizione comoda per raggiungere Ortigia (10 min a piedi) e il viale dove passano gli autobus per la stazione (15 min a piedi in ogni caso), e l aeroporto. Condizionatore funzionante.

Accesso scomodo: per raggiungere l appartamento bisogna passare da una piccolissima corte dove abitano altre persone e, non dando sulla strada nessuna delle finestre, ma solo nella corte stessa, non c è molta privacy: si sente tutto quello che si dice. Per accedere alla struttura bisogna salire una scala un po' ripida e stretta, sicuramente non adatta a persone con ridotta mobilità. Nella corte stessa, ci sono gli affacci delle finestre di altre case, quindi si vede all interno; le finestre hanno i vetri oscuranti per evitare di essere visti, però vuol dire che bisogna tenerle chiuse per non far vedere all interno ed essendo i vetri scuri, si perde un po' di luminosità. Con le finestre aperte si può rimediare tirando le tende, spesse, di quelle che non sono trasparenti nemmeno contro luce, questo però vuol dire che, come per i vetri, la luminosità si riduce. Il terrazzino è molto carino, noi però non lo abbiamo usato perchè ci sembrava di essere in casa di altri.

it would be perfect if you don't want to do much cooking. Loved the decor, comfy bed, excellent shower. Snacks and drinks left out for us, a nice welcome. Handy to walk to Ortegia and the archeology park. Easy walk to bus and train station. Peaceful at night. Owner communicated well.

We do like to cook. Oven didn't heat up, and no baking trays. No chopping board or sharp knife. Everything else was excellent.

The appartment is big and near the center. The host takes care of it. They were very nice and keep the apartment clean. I would absolutely recommend it.

The apartment have not a WiFi. Just be aware of it.

Good position (we had a car and it was easy to park, we could go both to the ancient theatre and to Ortigia walking) Extremely clean Large rooms and bathroom Super quiet

The bathroom had a bad smell of sewage Entrance was undergoing restructuring so it was quite awful (but no noise at all)

Overall the apartment was great. Brand new, very clean with everything needed to make our stay very comfortable. Check-in process was really easy!

Nothing to report. Wifi is not included but this is stated in the description so that's fine.
