UAThe host Giuseppe was super courteous & friendly. He came over to meet us and hand over the key, explained everything in the apartment and was very accommodating of all our requests. The apartment itself is a very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with a nice living room, kitchen and balcony in the living room. It is in a quiet and peaceful lane. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed and pillows, and a fully equipped kitchen. It also had a washing machine, oven and other amenities. We would definitely like to stay at Mi Tierra apartment if we travel to Palermo again
Nothing really
CAEverything was perfect especially very clean. They have better amenities than hotels. There was also a kitchen, which was so convenient and organized. The location was great that I was able to come out and see the sights safely even at night. What was even better was that the lolli train station and Teatro Massimo were within minutes. They also kindly explained everything in detail, helped us check in, and communicated right away with each other, so we stayed without any problems. If we go again I would like to stay the Mi Terra Luxury. Another thing that was even better was that there was an elevator and washing machine here.
ATThis apartment has everything you need also for a longer stay. We have been traveling with a small child, they not only provided a cot but also a high chair and a baby bathtub. Some of the main attractions (Mercato del Capo, Teatro Massimo) are nearby, others are further away, so if you like to walk as we do, this is the right place for you. The neighborhood is quiet and safe at night. All in all good value for money
Parking is tricky in Palermo: the Palermitans are not afraid to crash your car on the street as we witnesses a couple of times, the regulations are complicated and constantly changing, so its better to park in a parking lot. We found the one at Orlando square very convenient with reasonable prices.

RSClean and tidy, the apartment has everything you need: a balcony, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds, all in a good location. Giuseppe was kind and helpful; he suggested options for transferring from Palermo Airport to the Mi Tierra apartment, making it easier for us to arrive later at night. A very nice apartment, I highly recommend it.
CHNo hot water. 5 hours work had been planned in the only bathroom after 2 days without hot water. So we left and booked a hotel But no refund accepted by the owner even if we didn't sleep there the 2 last night. Big deception.
