Sunset Beach House

This Little house is the perfect place to have a quiet and peaceful accomodation in Nea Potidea. Close to a lovely beach but also to the city and other amazing beaches. The place is very clean and has all the facilities that a family with 2 Little children would need. Last, but not least, EFI is an amazing host. Waited for us with fresh pastery, coffee, cold beverages, fruits and vegetables. We felt like home ! Thank You so much, Efi !

We had a wonderful stay with Efi and her husband Dimitris. From the warm welcome with a cold drink and a stocked fridge to the thoughtful farewell gifts, everything was perfect. The apartment was spotless, and the terrace offered a stunning sea view. Efi’s hospitality made us feel truly at home. Apartman je divno sredjen i opremljen sa svime što je potrebno za letovanje. Gazdarica je veoma ljubazna i prijatna, i uvek tu za sva pitanja koja imate. Nemamo ni jednu zamerku samo prelepo iskustvo i sve preporuke.

The property is located really close to the local beach. Efi is a great host and the house is equipped with anything g you might need.

Freedom for kids in the backyard, having time outside of the house, preparing meals on open. You have everything you need for it on terrace. Oh and shower outside, so when you come from the beach you do not need to go in house, you clean yourself outside. It is perfect for families with kids. The beach is literally 30m from the house, quite, nice, clean, you share it with couple local people who are very warm and friendly. Efi is a great host she welcomed us with greek traditional pie, give as numerous gifts for kids and us. She sent us so much informations, directions with all interesting things near to see, shops, bakery's, restoraunts, beaches, historic places etc. We will came back next year, i think that says all :))

We were happy with everything.

We had a very nice welcome from our host Efi. She had baked us a pie, there was juice, fruit and vegetables in the fridge. There were drawing books and a beach toy for the children. All photos correspond to reality, as the meadow around the house is already covered with grass and trees. The house is equipped with everything needed for a household. Thank you Efi, for your guidance and daily care.

The road to the house is quite rough, about 300 m. And with time we didn't happen, but we had fun.

The perfect location to escape the crowds and have the right vacation. Very clean, observed every detail, everything you need when you travel, even things you don't think to take with you, is in this accommodation. A place that is tastefully done and has a soul. Thanks to the owner Efi, who is proof that an accommodation cannot be as perfect as the owner can make it perfect with her hospitality. I highly recommend it for people who plan to come by car, because for ex. to the market it is necessary to go to Nea Potidea which is 3 km away. Special praise for Ms. Efi because she won't leave you like that, she will always give you directions for the locations worth visiting.🍀

A very nice and cosy house, very close to the beach in a quiet area. The host was more than kind, with hospitality we have never experienced before. We haven't noticed other tourists on the beach, only the local residents, therefore the beach was never crowded.
