Nothing. The staff was very rude

The staff was very rude . We booked a superior suite room with sliding long window. But they gave us a junior suite and argued with us that they gave us a superior suite room. But they gave us some other customers the superior suite room and gave us junior suite only.

Not at all organized

The valley view from the resort was absolutely stunning.

The cleanliness was not up to the mark. No drinking water was provided in the room; only an empty bottle was kept. There was no spoon provided to stir the coffee. The bathroom door lock was faulty, along with several other minor issues that were not properly addressed.

The place is great. With Great view

The common room is not functional. The games are not maintained and cannit be played.

Only the view was good

The behaviour of staff.. not at all professional.. we need to request for the toiletries, water everything.. they will not pick up the call anytime.. no wifi.. the dinner was not at all satisfying very pricey..

Location is good

Washrooms were not clean. The room stank. No fans in room to reduce the stink. Washroom were stinking
