We did not stay at the property. The place was totally impersonal and not maintained to the standards one would expect for the price, e.g. flaking paint in the bathrooms.

"Good property ideal for short breaks"

This is a spacious property well suited for short stays for families. We needed to be down south for a few days after Christmas visiting family and attending sports events and it was just what we needed. The ping pong table in the conservatory is a fabulous perk and kept our teenage boys (and us!) entertained. We were pleased with the location also as we had a day trip to London and Three Bridges train station was very close by with easy parking.

A better light in the conservatory would have helped when playing ping pong at night time. Also, a few more mirrors in the bedrooms would be great for eg. drying hair. We needed to park some distance away but it was very easy to unload bags etc and then move the car. More of an issue if a guest had mobility issues or very young children. These are only minor issues and would not stop me from booking again, for example if we had flights from Gatwick.
