Sea Rock Apartment

Wow…A fabulous apartment. The view was amazing, location was perfect. Thank you Nikos & family we had a fantastic stay.

Pillows were strangely mismatched and quite old which was in stark contrast to everything else in the property. Otherwise perfect.

This is a beautifully appointed apartment, very stylish and spacious. The views are amazing, a sea view from every (huge) window. The large balcony is a perfect haven and gets the sun all day. There is a double sunbed so you don’t even have to go anywhere. It’s peaceful and tranquil, we absolutely loved it. It’s very close to the centre of the beautiful village of Agia Effimia, just a short walk along the coast road, less than 5 minutes from everything. You’re also close to the beach access points. The village is an ideal place to get away from it all and has plenty of restaurants and shops and bakeries etc. I can’t fault it if you need a quiet and restful break. Sitting alongside the little harbour in the evening, eating or drinking, is pure heaven. We’ve been 4 times now as we love it so much. Nikos is the perfect host, welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The apartment is at the rear of his restaurant and you must also eat there as the food is amazing!

For us, we needed a little more shade on the balcony/patio as the sun beds do not have a canopy or umbrella. There was a beach umbrella there which I used by standing it in the struts of the sunbed and moving it as the sun moved. We like to have the option of shade rather than full sun all day, but that’s just us. A kettle would also have been good but there is a Tassimo machine there. We used a small saucepan to boil water for coffee and tea, and as it is an induction hob it took no time at all. But these are very tiny issues. The apartment is pretty much perfect!

A wonderful fully furnished flat om the sea front of Agia Effimia. The flat was spacious located on top of an amazing restaurant. It is a walk away from the shops and the beautiful beach/port. It has an incredible view of the sea. The host was gracious and I had an amazing time there!
