No coffee, wifi didnt work in my room

Staff were friendly and cooperative.

Staff doesn’t speak English. AC was not working properly multiple times I had to visit reception after I checked in and then next day it stopped before midnight and couldn’t sleep well. Then they change room next day only. They need to do proper maintenance. No complimentary water or tea was provided in room. No toilet shower present. As per my booking room supposed to be city facing but I got backside room.

Très bof.

Hors de prix par rapport au service. Même pas fait la chambre entre les deux nuits passées la bas. Le bar n’a même pas une simple au gazeuse ou coca. Le petit déjeuner sans café était limité. Pressé pour encaisser ils sont venus me chercher jusqu’à la voiture alors que je faisais des allers retours pour porter mes affaires avec ma fille en bas âge, bien sûr pas proposé de m’aider en quoi que ce soit.
