Very clean property and lots of information provided prior to check in. In a residential street so was very quiet but only a short distance from town centre. Parking on the drive was also possible as the gates were left unlocked. But ample street parking as well. Was also able to get a quick response from the owners when there was a minor issue with code entry. Mini toiletries provided which was a nice touch as well as tea, biscuits, water & coffee. Nice little touches with suggestions on things to do in the area good for those that may not be local.

The two single beds in the 2nd room is only suited for kids. An adult will struggle to get comfortable, so may be worth just putting in a small double bed instead. Bed in main bedroom very low and mattress a bit hard but the presentation was nice. Only other thing were the cups provided.. The shape made it awkward to use and ended up spilling hot drink on myself so also worth changing to something more standard. There is a ring doorbell camera on the front door which while I don't mind that should be stated on the listing as it's not everyone's thing.
