"Worst Check-in in my 35 years travel."

Nothing to like.

Pillow covers not washed, bed spread torn, collected more charges than shown on website. Check in very troublesome. No nearby restaurants for coffee, tea, snacks or breakfast. ID proof for bothl to be provided, one not sufficient. Delayed check in, balance payment demanded before check in. Very unruly behaviour.

After doing payment and getting confirmation mail, hotel management denied check in. I was forced to look for other hotels nearby. Please remove this hotel from online booking
