Staffs are good. Rooms are clean

I booked for hemadri residency but I got silver house hotel. It took a lot of time to find the hotel though it was nearer to me. They didn't inform me about hotel change

Amenities was not filled and bedsheet and pillow case had some dirt and asap they replaced when I mentioned it

"Room provided was good. But we never got seperate rooms as they asked more money"

Room was spacious. But didn't get what we booked. They asked extra money.

While booking should give the exact details of the room availability. The reception says to pay extra when we reached the hotel. They even told us to find another hotel at night. We had children with us.
