Everything was good,! Clean, good location, super friendly staff , we took a tour as well with them.

It is a very basic place for travelers on budget even though they offer a bunch of services. Comfortable bed, private bathroom, WiFi, cleaning of the room if needed and friendly stuff. They also offer a laundry service, bike rental, not overpriced meals and can help you arrange some tours with tuk-tuk. Air conditioning works great and there is also a fan above your head so the room is very chill after a while. Location is also very good. With a short walk you are going to end up in a city center.

Rooms are a little bit outdated. They would need a small touch up. It didn't bother that much though. Sometimes there are troubles with WiFi connection and you are without internet for a while. The main concern for me was a noise. The walls are very thin and the sewage system is not separated, so you end up hearing all of the noises. If there is a party going on near your room, you are going to have troubles sleeping. What is more there was only one socket in the room to charge your things that was very loose and didn't make good contact with the charger. Also be prepared for mosquitos.

I had an ensuite room in the rear building. I could park the bike securely .The WiFi signal was at times very weak as presumably so many people were using it. The artificial lighting in the room at night was very dim
